1. Age Restriction: Unless specified otherwise in the class description, all workshops conducted by Wandering Roots are designed for persons age 16 and above.
2. Guest Policy: Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description,each guest must have their own ticket, as sharing of a project is not allowed. Unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest (including a child) will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the safety, attention and experience of our registered participants. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
3. Refund and Exchange: Workshop tickets are non-refundable. However, they can be exchanged for future workshop credit if requested up to 7 days prior to the event. No refunds or exchanges will be provided within 7 days of the event as materials and supplies will have been purchased and staff scheduled. If you are unable to attend the workshop for any reason of your own accord, please let us know as soon as possible. You may contact us within 1 week of the event day and make arrangements to pick up your project to complete at home. If we do not hear from you in that time frame, the materials will be donated or recycled.
4. Ticket Reassignment: If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may contact us up to 24 hours prior to the event to reassign your ticket to another person. However, tickets cannot be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.
5. Ownership of Photographs: All photographs taken at Wandering Roots workshops are the property of Wandering Roots. By attending the workshop, participants grant Wandering Roots the right to use these photographs for promotional purposes.
6. Personal Use Only: Items demonstrated and/or made during Wandering Roots workshops are for personal use only. Participants are not permitted to commercially sell items made at Wandering Roots or use the knowledge gained from the workshop to start a business for financial gain.
7. Non-Sharing of Techniques: Participants are not allowed to share or teach the techniques learned in any Wandering Roots workshop, whether in their own ventures or at another establishment within 200 miles of any Wandering Roots location.
By purchasing a ticket and attending a Wandering Roots workshop, participants agree to abide by these policies.
